All Events require a minimum of 40 guests.
Birthdays, Gender Reveals, Baby Showers, & More.
$15 per person plus a small deposit. Deposit amount depends on number of guests.
Requirements
To book and reserve this venue we require a down payment and signed contract. You can do this online or in person at our venue. Once the down payment is made you may pay the rest of the balance in payments in which the total is due 1 month before the event. Deposit is refunded after the wedding if there are no damages or mess to the venue.

Service
Our party service includes all items listed in the package plus 4 hours of event time and 2 hours of set up time. You may add more hours for an additional cost.
Other parties may be occurring on the same day and time as yours. However, other parties will be in the seating areas which are not in use.
You must provide your own food, drink, Dj, event planning, and decoration services.
Notice
- We are an all outdoor venue
- Kids must be under adult supervision at all times
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on our property.
- Guests are not allowed in the house
- No swimming in the lake
